When to start? Prevention and correction

The most common question – and the honest answer

„At what age should I start?“ There is no right age. There is only one right question: what would you like to achieve – and what makes sense for that at this point in time?

Two ways of thinking

Prevention means intervening early and gently, before lines become permanently etched – for example with low-dose Botox in the case of very pronounced facial movement, or with skin boosters for skin quality. Small amounts, long intervals.

Correction means treating what is already there: etched lines, volume loss, changes in contour. Here too the principle applies: step by step, natural, in keeping with the face.

What starting early does not mean

Prevention is not an argument for treating as much as possible as young as possible. A young face usually needs little or nothing – and a reputable consultation sometimes ends with the sentence: „At the moment I would not do anything at all.“ That is a result too.

What you can use as a guide

The conclusion

It is not your year of birth that decides, but your face, your skin and your goals. That is exactly what the consultation is for.
