„A botox merevvé teszi az arcot."
A lefagyott arc a túladagolás eredménye – nem a botoxé önmagában. Megfelelő adagolással és pontos beadással a mimika teljes mértékben megmarad. A különbség a kezelőorvos képzettségében és tapasztalatában rejlik.
„Ha egyszer elkezded, soha nem hagyhatod abba."
Tévedés. Ha abbahagyja, az arca egyszerűen visszatér a kiindulási állapotba – nem lesz rosszabb és nem lesz ráncosabb, mint kezelés nélkül. Függőség nem alakul ki.
„A filler elvándorol az arcban."
A minőségi hialuronsav szakszerűen és megfelelő mennyiségben beadva ott marad, ahová való. A problémák elsősorban túltöltésből vagy szakszerűtlen technikából adódnak.
„A hialuron és a botox ugyanaz."
Nem – alapvetően másképp hatnak. A botox izmokat lazít el (a mimikai ráncok ellen), a hialuronsav volument és hidratálást ad (a volumenvesztés és a statikus ráncok ellen). Gyakran kiegészítik egymást.
„Az eredmény azonnal látszik."
Attól függ: fillernél igen (a duzzanat lelohadása után), botoxnál csak 3–14 nap múlva, biostimulátoroknál és skinboostereknél hetek után. A jó tervezés ezért minden kezelés része.
„Minél olcsóbb, annál jobb üzlet."
Injekciós kezeléseknél a termékért, a higiéniáért, az orvosi képzettségért és a szövődménykezelésért fizet. A feltűnően olcsó ajánlatok többnyire ezek egyikén spórolnak.
„Az esztétikai orvoslás csak 50 feletti nőknek való."
A kezelések ugyanolyan egyéniek, mint az emberek. Van, aki korán kezd finom megelőzéssel, más később korrigál. Nincs „helyes" életkor – csak helyes, egyéni terv.
„Botox macht das Gesicht starr."
Ein eingefrorenes Gesicht ist das Ergebnis von Überdosierung – nicht von Botox an sich. Richtig dosiert und platziert bleibt Ihre Mimik vollständig erhalten. Der Unterschied liegt in der Ausbildung und Erfahrung der behandelnden Ärztin oder des Arztes.
„Einmal angefangen, kann man nie wieder aufhören."
Falsch. Wenn Sie aufhören, kehrt Ihr Gesicht einfach in den Ausgangszustand zurück – nicht schlechter, nicht faltiger als ohne Behandlung. Es entsteht keine Abhängigkeit.
„Filler wandern im Gesicht."
Qualitäts-Hyaluronsäure, fachgerecht und in angemessener Menge injiziert, bleibt dort, wo sie hingehört. Probleme entstehen vor allem durch Überfüllung oder unsachgemäße Technik.
„Hyaluron und Botox sind dasselbe."
Nein – sie wirken grundlegend anders. Botox entspannt Muskeln (gegen Mimikfalten), Hyaluronsäure gibt Volumen und Feuchtigkeit (gegen Volumenverlust und statische Falten). Oft ergänzen sie sich.
„Das Ergebnis sieht man sofort."
Kommt darauf an: Filler ja (nach Abklingen der Schwellung), Botox erst nach 3–14 Tagen, Biostimulatoren und Skinbooster nach Wochen. Gute Planung gehört deshalb zu jeder Behandlung.
„Je billiger, desto besser das Geschäft."
Bei injizierbaren Behandlungen bezahlen Sie für das Produkt, die Hygiene, die medizinische Ausbildung und das Komplikationsmanagement. Auffällig günstige Angebote sparen meist an einem dieser Punkte.
„Ästhetische Medizin ist nur etwas für Frauen ab 50."
Die Behandlungen sind so individuell wie die Menschen. Manche beginnen früh mit sanfter Prävention, andere korrigieren später. Es gibt kein „richtiges" Alter – nur einen richtigen, individuellen Plan.

"Aesthetic medicine is only for women over 50."
