Mi ez és mire jó?
Hialuronsavval – a szervezetünkben természetesen is előforduló anyaggal – az ajkak hidratálhatók, kontúrozhatók és volumenük finoman pótolható. A cél a harmónia: olyan ajkak, amelyek illenek az arcához.
Hogyan zajlik a kezelés?
A kezelés előtt érzéstelenítő krémet viszünk fel, emellett a modern töltőanyagok helyi érzéstelenítőt is tartalmaznak. Maga a kezelés 15–30 percig tart. A legtöbb páciens jól viselhetőnek érzi.
Mikor látszik az eredmény?
Azonnal – eleinte azonban duzzanattal. A végleges eredmény kb. 2 hét után látható, amikor a duzzanat teljesen lelohadt és az anyag beépült. A tartósság terméktől és anyagcserétől függően kb. 6–12 hónap.
Mire számítson utána?
- A duzzanat normális és várható – az első 24–48 órában a legerősebb. Az ajkak ebben az időszakban teltebbnek tűnnek a végeredménynél.
- Véraláfutás az ajkakon gyakori – kb. egy hét alatt gyógyul
- Apró, tapintható (de nem látható) csomók – többnyire maguktól eloszlanak
Mire figyeljen?
- 24 óra: semmi sport, alkohol, szauna, erős dörzsölés
- A hűtés segít a duzzanat ellen (ne közvetlenül a bőrre)
- Időzítés: fontos események előtt legalább 2 héttel tervezzen. Egy ajakkezelés az esemény előtti napon nem jó ötlet.
- Véraláfutás megelőzése: néhány nappal előtte lehetőleg kerülje az alkoholt, az aszpirint (ha nem orvosi rendelvényre szedi) és az omega-3 készítményeket
Jó tudni
A hialuronsav feloldható. Ha az eredmény nem felel meg az elképzeléseinek, az anyag enzimmel (hialuronidáz) lebontható. Ez biztonságot ad – semmi sem végleges.
Kinek nem ajánlott?
Terhesség, szoptatás, aktív herpesz (a kezelés kiújulást válthat ki – hajlam esetén megelőzésről egyeztetünk), fertőzés a kezelési területen.

Wie läuft die Behandlung ab?
Vor der Behandlung wird eine betäubende Creme aufgetragen, zusätzlich enthalten moderne Filler ein Lokalanästhetikum. Die Behandlung selbst dauert 15–30 Minuten. Die meisten Patientinnen empfinden sie als gut aushaltbar.
Wann sieht man das Ergebnis?
Sofort – allerdings zunächst mit Schwellung. Das endgültige Ergebnis zeigt sich nach etwa 2 Wochen, wenn die Schwellung vollständig abgeklungen und das Material eingezogen ist. Die Haltbarkeit liegt je nach Produkt und Stoffwechsel bei etwa 6–12 Monaten.
Womit müssen Sie danach rechnen?
- Schwellung ist normal und erwartbar – am stärksten in den ersten 24–48 Stunden. Die Lippen wirken in dieser Zeit voller als das Endergebnis.
- Blaue Flecken kommen an den Lippen häufig vor – sie heilen innerhalb von etwa einer Woche ab
- Kleine Knötchen, die man ertasten (aber nicht sehen) kann – verteilen sich meist von selbst
Was Sie beachten sollten
- 24 Stunden: kein Sport, kein Alkohol, keine Sauna, kein starkes Reiben
- Kühlen hilft gegen die Schwellung (nicht direkt auf die Haut)
- Zeitplanung: Vor wichtigen Anlässen mindestens 2 Wochen einplanen. Eine Lippenbehandlung am Tag vor einem Event ist keine gute Idee.
- Vorbeugung blauer Flecken: einige Tage vorher möglichst auf Alkohol, Aspirin (sofern nicht ärztlich verordnet) und Omega-3-Präparate verzichten
Gut zu wissen
Hyaluronsäure ist auflösbar. Sollte das Ergebnis nicht Ihren Vorstellungen entsprechen, kann das Material mit einem Enzym (Hyaluronidase) abgebaut werden. Das gibt Sicherheit – nichts ist endgültig.
Für wen nicht geeignet?
Schwangerschaft, Stillzeit, aktiver Herpes (die Behandlung kann einen Ausbruch triggern – bei Neigung besprechen wir eine Prophylaxe), Infektionen im Behandlungsbereich.

How does the treatment work?
A numbing cream is applied before the treatment, and modern fillers also contain a local anaesthetic. The treatment itself takes 15–30 minutes. Most patients find it well tolerable.
When will you see the result?
Immediately – though initially with swelling. The final result shows after about 2 weeks, once the swelling has fully subsided and the material has settled. Depending on the product and your metabolism, it lasts about 6–12 months.
What to expect afterwards
- Swelling is normal and expected – strongest in the first 24–48 hours. During this time the lips appear fuller than the final result.
- Bruising is common on the lips – it heals within about a week
- Small nodules you can feel (but not see) – they usually disperse on their own
What you should keep in mind
- 24 hours: no exercise, alcohol, sauna or strong rubbing
- Cooling helps against swelling (not directly on the skin)
- Timing: plan at least 2 weeks before important occasions. A lip treatment the day before an event is not a good idea.
- Preventing bruises: for a few days beforehand, avoid alcohol, aspirin (unless medically prescribed) and omega-3 supplements if possible
Good to know
Hyaluronic acid is dissolvable. If the result doesn't meet your expectations, the material can be broken down with an enzyme (hyaluronidase). That provides reassurance – nothing is final.
Who is it not suitable for?
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, active herpes (the treatment can trigger an outbreak – if you're prone to it, we discuss prophylaxis), infections in the treatment area.
